For orders shipped within the United States,applicable sales tax may be charged based on your shipping address and local tax regulations. The sales tax amount is automatically calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Sales tax is required by law and collected on behalf of the government. It is not a fee set by GlomeHair and does not represent additional profit for the brand.
If an order is refunded, the sales tax will be handled in accordance with local regulations and reflected in your final refund amount.

Custom Fees

In certain countries, customs authorities may charge duties or taxes on imported products based on the item type, quantity, or declared value. These charges are determined by local customs regulations and may vary by country.

Customers are responsible for understanding the customs policies of their own country.

RETURN POLICY

1.Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact our Customer Care team within one hour of placing it. Please note, cancellations cannot be processed once the order is shipped.

2.Order Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges of unused products within 30 days of receipt.

If you purchased Shipping & Returns Protection with your order, eligible return or exchange shipping costs will be covered by the protection.
If Shipping & Returns Protection was not purchased, the customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.

2.1 Return Acceptable
For a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition – with uncut, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming). Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.

2.2 To initiate a return:

Initiate the return within 30 days, providing reasons and relevant pictures for a swift process.
2. Receive Return Address
The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
3. Process Refund
Refunds processed within 2 business days post-receiving and inspecting the item(s).

3. Order Exchanges

For exchanges, follow the same return process. Our representative will confirm the exchange product and necessary payment adjustments after approving your exchange request.
Once we receive your returned item, we process the exchange, shipping the new item within 3 business days. 

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be issued through the original payment channel within 2 business days. Processing times vary by payment method. If the card used has expired, contact the card issuer for assistance.

How To Wash Your Wig

Washing your curly wig regularly helps keep it looking as fresh and natural as possible.
To achieve this:
•Fill a sink with water( warm water would be better).
•Add a small amount of shampoo with hair care ingredients, and submerge your wig.
•Squeeze out any excess water, being careful not to wring it out.
•Rinse thoroughly in water, then gently squeeze out any excess liquid again and dry with a towel.
Alternatively when you don’t have time for a full wash, spray your human hair wig with water mixed with conditioner. Just like in real hair, a little bit
of moisture will help curls bounce back and appear fresh. This will make your curls mimic what naturally healthy curls look like after they’ve been
dampened with some water.

How to Do A Deep Conditioning Treatment

Static, wearing wig in a wrong method, store wig in a wrong place. It’s not strange that wigs will get tangled.
To keep tangles from being a huge problem:
•Try doing a deep conditioning treatment on your wig before and after wearing it. You can do so by using products like coconut oil or olive oil and conditioner.
•Don't put too much product(hair spray)in your hair because that can lead to more tangling than usual.
•At least once per week, soak your wig in warm water. Take it out and apply conditioner product liberally through all of your hair, starting at your ends and
working up toward roots.
•Sit back and let your wig absorb the nutrition for about 20 minutes.
•After the time is up, rinse with warm water and follow up with a cool water rinse to close cuticles.
•Use a soft towel to gently blot excess water away from the skin, leaving only what washes off naturally during the toweling off process.
